OSARaffle.com is a marketing arm of Overseas Subscribers Agents (OSA) and as such runs regular raffle draws and other seasonal promotions to broaden OSA’s client list of international Lottery players.

Such Promotions gather personally identifiable information from those individuals who choose to enter a particular Promotion, and anonymous data regarding the Promotion itself.

Registration Information
When you participate in any raffles and promotions at OSARaffle.com, your contact information (name and email address) will be used primarily to reach you in connection with the promotion you entered. We may also use the collected contact information to send you information about Overseas Subscribers Agents, our products and services, and offers and updates tailored to your interests, if you have opted to receive these communications. You may choose to opt-out of receiving such mailings at any time.

Additional personal information is only collected in the case of Raffle prize winners, for the purposes of ID verification and the remittance of prizes.

IP Addresses

Opt-in Procedure
After signing up to join one of our Raffles, an automatic email message is sent to your email address, with a request that you confirm your registration by clicking on a confirmation link. Your entry is activated only after the confirmation process has been completed.

Unconfirmed registrations are maintained for one week, after which they are deleted from our mailing lists.

Email Delivery and White-Listing
OSARAffle.com takes all possible steps to ensure that you receive email communications pertinent to the promotion you registered for. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, our emails are sometimes blocked by spam filters – especially in the case of free email accounts.

Mailing List Maintenance

Bounced Emails:
Email accounts which have returned or “bounced” OSARaffle.com’s emails for three consecutive times are automatically removed from our database. “Hard bounces” due to incorrect or nonexistent email addresses are removed immediately.

Opt-Out/Unsubscribe Procedure:
All OSA subscribers are given the opportunity to opt out of receiving email messages or other forms of communication. Every email sent by OSARaffle.com contains a one-click unsubscribe link, which you can use at any time to stop receiving emails from OSARaffle.com

Please bear in mind that removal from our list is permanent. Once deleted, you will no longer be eligible for special offers, discounts and promotions.

Material Changes to Policy:
OSARaffle.com may make material changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Therefore, you should periodically visit this page to view the current Privacy Policy.
